  Thank You Jesus! And Praise God!
  That you never gave up on me. Even though, I turned my back on you…
  Thank You Jesus! For MCC of Omaha, Pastor Tom and all of the beautiful and caring people that have crossed my path. That always had a kind word or something to lift my spirits when I thought I could not go on. MCC has been the best think that has happen in my life for a long time… I have not seen any strange looks or had of any kind of condemnation. However, I have seen and heard of a lot of unconditional LOVE.
  By all of the above my spiritual life was been improving every week that I have attended Church. Who knows maybe some time I will share what the Lord has done for me.

  I have taken my son to three services here. In all honesty, we go for a strong sense of community. Personally I am a "non-believer" but we feel good hearing a positive message, and I feel it's important for my son to have exposure to this aspect of Western culture.
  There have been biblical teaching, at every service we have gone to, and they have been loving. We have not felt any hate inside the building whatsoever. Just a simple message of love and acceptance.
  They are invested in the community, and hold a very open social hour.
  My son being five has the desire to run and sit in the front and the pastor has had a warm smile for us every time. In one of our visitations they told us the actual financial daily cost of maintaining the church and their services. It was not as if they were going on about an "air conditioning" fund as my parent's church did growing up, and I could tell that donations went to the community not lawyers.
  There are peaceful gardens, and greeters at the door.
  It is what we are looking for in a community. I have not felt judged for being different in any way and only felt acceptance.
  
  This is a positive place.

  MCC, it's members, sermons, activities, and of course it's pastor and deacons have all led me to a deeper, richer, more examined faith life. Here I have been challenged to dig deeper within myself, see God in ways I never thought of before, and review my assessment of my life path from different angles. I feel connected to the church and members in a more authentic way than I've ever felt before, and would suggest anyone attend once or even check out sermons online available for listening. You won't regret it no matter who you are.
