  I worked at the 20th St main office from 2008 to March 2013. The co-owners then were great bosses. The company did have issues at the time getting things done on time tho. About a year ago it was sold and the new owner has things running much more smoothly. My son took over my position and my best friend works at the 84th St location. They both are much happier with the way the business is run, and overall, so are customers! Would have still worked there, but we retired and moved out of state.

  Wow! I was hoping to read good reviews. I see not much has changed in 20 years. My son an infant past away.. Lord knows it's hard to lose a child!! I picked out a headstone made payments and when I went to make last payment they acted as if we hadn't done any business at all. No records, no receipts, nothing!!! Straight took my money!!!

  What a joke two and a half year's and no services provided that where paid for up front. And if you are A elderly person the shyster will just take your money like a pimp and put you off and hope you croak. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS HOOD RAT ON 20TH ST.
