  The Bethlehem House was a life changing experience for me personally I had my youngest daughter in 2013 and I am still in contact with everyone there. They have an Amazing Aftercare Program that I attend .

  This place is horrible all they do is tear you down the women are nasty the staff all they do is lie and they don't enforce any type of rules they have bedbugs the kitchen is disgusting they leave food out that collects ants people steal from you and the staff does nothing you ask the director Gina Tomes to do something for you she'll lie and never do it they don't care about anybody someone needs to talk to the board and tell them just what kind of people they have working for them this place is hell the new director holly doesn't help at all gina has said she is in charge and it doesn't matter what holly or the board says she complained about my room to two people but not to me and then when I asked her about it she lied and said it was all the staff's idea and she had nothing to do with it when I meet with her she tells me other resident's confidential business which is why I don't trust her to tell her my business they have cameras but when stuff comes up missing you ask her to look at them she doesn't you never get your money back and the things you work hard for are gone i asked her to look up my housing and she lied to me for weeks saying she hasn't heard anything when she had already talked them I've been asking her for a living will so In case anything happens my child will be in a safe place I've been asking since October it's April and still nothing I couldn't take the lies stealing and people talking about each other anymore including staff so I left of my own free will and it's the best thing I could have ever done if a board member sees this please contact me because I have way more to tell about this dreadful place they have my number

  My NAME IS DENISE TATE I AM A MOTHER OF 4 BOYS I am a current resident of Bethlehem house and i WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU FOR BEING OPEN AND GIVING ME A CHANCE HERE. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND VERY CARING. BEFORE I CAME TO THE BETHLEHEM HOUSE I WAS VERY UNSTABLE AND DYSFUNCTIONAL AND THEY HELP ME SEE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE OK. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FIT FOR EVERYONE AND IT TAKES A STRONG PERSON TO MAKE IT THROUGH. BETHLEHEM HOUSE HAS BEEN MY BIGGEST SUPPORT BY FAR ESPECIALLY WITH ME BEING HERE WITH NO FAMILY TO SUPPORT ME. I FEEL AS IF THEY HAVE BECOME MY FAMILY AND SUPPORT SYSTEM. BEFORE COMING HERE I WANTED TO GIVE UP BUT THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TOO. STAFF WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPED ME TO SEE THINGS MORE POSITIVELY AND BECOME MORE OPENED MINDED TO MY SITUATION BECAUSE IT COULD BE WORSE.ONE COOL THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE MASS I LOVE IT BECAUSE WHEN I AM FEELING DOWN AND WANTING TO GIVE UP I WOULD GO THERE AND TALK TO GOD ABOUT MY SITUATION HES THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND. JUST A FEW MINUTES CAN HELP RECOVER MY HEART , SAYING MY SPIRITUAL QUOTE" GOD BE WITH ME AND WITH MY SPIRIT" WOULD HELP ME TO REASSURE THE PURPOSE OF WHY I AM HERE AND THAT I HAVE TO BE STRONG. SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED SO MUCH I RECEIVED THERAPY SUPPORT, I HAVE RECEIVED MY CNA,CMA, CPR CERTIFICATIONS THANKS WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE BETHLEHEM HOUSE IF IT WASN'T FOR THEIR SUPPORT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP. I HAVE CURRENTLY RECEIVED A CAR THROUGH CHARIOTS FOR HOPE IT WAS AMAZING HOW THEY SURPRISED ME TEARS BEGIN TO FLOW FROM MY EYES I THEN KNEW I WAS GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE. BETHLEHEM HOUSE IS VERY POWERFUL PLACE AND THEY WANT TO SEE EVERYONE SUCCEED BEFORE MOVING FORWARD IN LIFE.THEY OFFER FINANCIAL SUPPORT CLASSES, NA MEETING FOR RECOVERING ADDICTS, SPIRITUAL CLASSES, AND SUPPORT GROUP CLASSES. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR HOUSING TO BETTER MYSELF AND TO CARE FOR MY 4 BOYS.YOU CAN ALSO RECEIVE HOUSING, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SCHOOL OR EVEN FINANCIAL FUNDS TO PAY OFF DEBT. BETHLEHEM HOUSE ALSO PROVIDES VOLUNTEER SERVICES FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR HELP. BETHLEHEM HOUSE IS A VERY GOOD PROGRAM BUT YOU HAVE TO STAY STRONG AND ACCEPT THE SUPPORT THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL. I CAN TALK ABOUT HOW SPECIAL THIS PLACE IS FOR HOURS BUT I AM GOING TO LEAVE SPACE FOR OTHERS ON GOOGLE TO COMMENT LOL. SO TO BETHLEHEM HOUSE I LOVE YOU AND THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT....THE DEVIL WILL ALWAYS TRY TO TEAR YOU DOWN BUT KEEP PUSHING FORWARD FOR GOD WILL PUNISH THOSE WHO ARE FIGHTING AGAINST YOU.
